- Who delivers my article?

Your items are delivered by our execution center and will be sent to you by your local post office.

- Why didn't I receive my article?

Items are delivered according to the terms and conditions of your local post office and are generally delivered during office hours. (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm)

- Where are you from?
